As the business grows, they require a clear and coordinated approach to digital systems, operational data, and reporting infrastructure.  Key responsibilities: - 

• Develop and implement a practical digital systems roadmap aligned with GEL’s business strategy and operational plans. 

• Review existing systems and introduce appropriate software to support: operational data management, project and engineering workflows, document management, financial and operational reporting. 

• Design and implement integrated reporting dashboards covering operational and financial performance. 

• Establish structured and efficient data models and reporting processes to support management, investor and lender reporting. 

• Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure plant and operational data is captured in a structured, consistent and usable format. 

• Identify and implement opportunities to introduce automation and AI tools to streamline reporting and internal workflows. • Establish and maintain appropriate cybersecurity and data governance practices. 

• Act as a key link between business requirements and system design, translating operational needs into practical design solutions.
