The studio has 10 reformers – ‘sliding beds’ with springs for resistance that help users to strengthen and condition their body, whatever their ability.
LA Pilates’ introductory offer is three classes for £30. The classes are pay as you go with a 24- hours cancellation policy and free parking on site.
